We needed a quick response due to a tree limb that had fallen on our roof causing damage and open holes. Matt came out immediately and their team was able to complete the work that day. They were efficient and did a great job completing the repairs and cleaning up the area.

This started out fabulously as Matt came to our house on a Sunday to look at our leaky roof. He found the problem and said it was fixed. We paid him cash on the spot and asked for an estimate to add some roof vents which he provided quickly. When we had the next round of rain ... the same spot leaked. We reached out to him on the 13th of October and then again on the 17th acknowledging that he must be backed up with jobs due to the weather but we still needed an answer. He responded right away then and asked for the address again. No response. Tried him again via text on the 23rd. Still nothing. I would love to give him a good review and waited two weeks before writing this but at this point I feel it is only fair to share. Maybe it is because it is a small job for him but if that were the case he should not have taken it in the first place. I just want the repair we paid for to be completed.
