In August 2024, I hired Pruitt Water Company to install a new water pump and tank for our well, paying nearly $7,000. Less than a year later, the pump failed, and we?ve now been without water for six days. Despite repeated calls and promises that someone would come out, no one ever showed up. Now, they?ve stopped responding entirely. To make matters worse, I recently learned that during the installation, they never removed the old pump from the well. That pump has now been driven so far down that it?s impossible to extract, and I?m being forced to open an entirely new well?an incredibly costly and avoidable situation. After doing some research, I found out that the business is officially closed, yet they are still taking on work under the same name. I feel scammed and misled. They took thousands of dollars from us and left us with a nonfunctional system, no accountability, and significant additional expenses. I strongly advise to STAY AWAY FROM Pruitt Water Company

This veteran went above and beyond the call of duty on a Sunday. The response time alone from under 2 hours on a Sunday was impressive! The overall work quality was top notch. We highly recommend Robert and would call him again in a heartbeat! Outstanding job!

Robert came immediately after I called with well issues. He kept me informed during every step of repair. Also, he gave me a military discount. I would recommend him for any well/pump repairs.

On time and wi thin my budget.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Well was placed and had issues from day one. When the well started it sound as if it wasn't getting enough water as it was sucking up air. William and Robert Pruitt said "That is normal" I had limited use of my water because the well was not deep enough and it would suck up mud the entire life of the well. Also after the instal the water smelt like oil they said once again that would go away. Well it didn't. After multi attempts to get these issues resolved they refused to fix. Then after 6 Mon the well collapse. Attempted to contact. They said the company dissolved due to owner being arrested for SEXUAL BATTERY WITH WEAPON OR FORCE VICTIM 12 YOA OR OLDER. SO they could not and would not fix. I had to hire another company to drill a new well because the previous well was no good. I had pay the new company and I was out 10K for the well this company installed. If you look on sunbiz as well this company is not registered with the state. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

Robert was very knowledgeable & kept me informed about his time of arrival. He was very good at explaining to us about the new bladder tank & helped us with our water conditioner as well. Very knowledgeable person.
