Prosource Outdoors

Did not replace the boards on my deck that I asked to be replaced. Had to call him back to do additional work. Was made to feel like my deck repair was an after thought...had better things to be doing.

I asked for delivery of top soil, and I had to call them three times because they missed the delivery date. He brought out fill dirt, and I paid for top soil. Dirt contained broken glass, trash, old bottles and things of that nature, as well as large rock. They dumped it and left, and now I can't plant lawn seed over there to complete my project. I called him to complain, and he said that he would bring top soil in two days that was one week ago, and he still hasn't come to deliver the top soil I tried to call him several times and he will not answer the calls.

Returned my call immediately. Fair price. Arrived right on time. Only complaint was that the top soil had a significant amount of rocks, one as large as my head. Most about fist size.

We are more than satisfied with the work Chris and his team did for us. Our land was an absolute disaster and they made it look fantastic. We will be using Prosource Outdoors for more projects on our land.

Installed two columns in the front of my home.

Chris with Prosource Outdoors called me back right after I sent the request on Homeadvisors.com. Came out and did an estimate today. Very impressed!

They were able to meet all my needs... Retaining wall, dirt work and moveed a chain link fence. Great job.

The wall was not concrete as listed. We chose one done with railroad ties. They did a phenomenal job!!!
