Job was well done. There was one issue that kept me from giving it five stars. They left to go get a part and didn?t return for three or four hours. Left me hanging with no communication. I found out they stopped to do another job. This really upset me.

Patrick was a straight shooter and took his time explaining my options and waiting in a decision. He did NOT try to upsell, be secretive or shady in any way. I felt like he spoke to me like 1 of the family. Ultimately I decided to repair, but will most likely buy a new unit from PRoMan within the next year.
