Steve asked me what type of lock I was looking for in my front door and garage door. He explained what he was going to do and he answered all my questions. I strongly recommend Prokeyed LLC to replace your locks when needed.

I apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the pricing. When we discussed the rate over the phone, it was based on an hourly rate for the requested service. The initial estimate I provided was based on typical residential doors, before knowing the specific details of your doors, their condition, and previous work done on them, which influenced the time required to properly complete the job. I spent nearly 2 hours on-site and charged for 1.5 hours of labor. My aim is always to be fair and transparent in my pricing. While I may not be the cheapest option, I ensure thorough, high-quality service and guarantee my work for 90 days. Thank you again for your feedback. Steve really went the extra mile for our unique lock project. We had seven locks to rekey. All but two were routine but those two were old locks for the glass storm doors. Steve explained that he would have to order the correct parts. He got the parts and they work great. He even had to reposition the dead bolt receiver on one door because it was misaligned. Steve didn't charge us anything until all of the work was completed to our satisfaction. We would absolutely hire Steve again should the need arise.

We relocated to New Albany and wanted to change the locks on our doors. Steve of Prokeyed LLC responded immediately to our call, offered fair pricing for the services we wanted (changing keypad combinations and rekeying the locks) and timely performed the work. The whole process could not have gone better.
