This project was done for a lake house at grand lake on monkey island. We ended up with an incomplete project, overbudget by 30%, and one month past projected finish when we stopped the project. The tear down work was fast, but the rebuild was slow and work was subpar. The general carpentry was acceptable but the trim work was sloppy. We were billed $40/hr per worker regardless of skill level. Design decisions were made without consulting me, ie: style of doors, hardware, trim, etc. Shane is a very nice young man and I believe him to be honest, but this project was poorly managed and we are now left to either finish the work ourselves or hire another contractor.

Never on time , or wouldn't show up. Messy, unprofessional, shady work . Had to clean up everyday after them . Put the trim back up and the corners were not tight . Would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired this company to put in a chain link fence. They did not have the expertise or equipment for the job. Fence is at various levels, and they could not install in a straight line because they did not have the proper equipment. Now I have to hire someone else to fix this mess.
