Write a ReviewThis gentleman is experienced and professional. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price!!!
He does very good and clean work!
Tim was awesome, he explained what was needed, what he was doing and why. I like that.
Friendly and efficient
Tim seems like a solid pro, and very easy to talk to.
Came quickly, om New Year's Eve and did the job fast!
Company was great!
We needed a new toilet installed in our Master Bathroom, the job was completed in a timely manner and clean up was done professionally. We were happy with Professor Plumber, will use them again for sure. Jill Mulgrew
He had a LOT of problems with a tankless water heater install after saying he could do it for what turned out to be almost $150/hour. After everything was completed, he said it was working great then the first shower I take, it stops working. Had to hire someone else who knew what they were doing and then found out by the electrician that he failed to route the wire to the breaker but instead just attached it to the old stuff then put it on an inefficient breaker. This caused a huge FIRE safety issue and the wires to get super hot and then everything would shut off. As for the actual plumbing, he did the job but it was all over the place. The work he was doing was in a closet so I needed all the space I could get which I explained to him multiple times. I ended up rerouting everything myself to make it flush against the wall and have a much cleaner install so none of the work would touch the clothes. On top of everything, he spilled purple plumbers glue all over the wood floor which I now have to spend $600 to replace. He also charged me for 100 ft of wire which he only used 3 ft of then took the rest with him ($130). he did this too with a $150 valve kit that he only used one part from then took the rest with him to use on another job. Those are items I purchased and should've been left onsite. I'm sure his plumbing skills are fine if you don't care about efficiency or saving space or the best way to route the pipes. I definitely wouldn't use him for a tankless water heater install which is what he was advertised on HomeAdvisor for.
The install looks great, however I have some minor concerns about support.
