Paul and Andre did an excellent job of diagnosing and clearing my main drain line. Paul explained in detail the process and what I need to look at for in the future. They cleaned up afterward, and I couldn't tell I had worked in my house. If, for any reason, I need a plumber, I will give Paul a call.

I requested their services because my shower in the main bedroom was draining slow and I wanted to get it taken care of before the summertime. They came and snaked my drain. They said there was a blockage 15 feet deep. I donâ t always use that shower because itâ s standing only. A couple of days later I used the shower and came downstairs to my kitchen where I discovered a gas stove full of water. I wasnâ t certain where it came from but I cleaned it up. The next day I take a shower to discover the same thing, a stove full of water (which is right below my shower). I am a tad bit frustrated because I sought help for a small slow drain and now Iâ m left with a leaking ceiling. When I called, I didnâ t speak with the person who worked on my shower, I spoke with someone else who was very defensive â yâ all always want to blame usâ . Needless to say they sent the same man who came the first time the next day to resolve the issue. So I thoughtâ ¦.for starters I had to work so there was someone there to let the man in. Instead of grabbing a ladder this man stood on my stove in his sneakersâ ¦more than once for an extended period of time. He cut into the ceiling and took pics. While this was happening there was an exchange of words between the man and the person who let him in. I received a call at work where the man did tell me that he got into it with someone and he apologized. He proceeded to say I had bad pipes and thatâ s why there was a leak and that it wasnâ t his fault. Oh yeahâ ¦and that they could fix it for a cost. Because of how everything happened I was reluctant to continue to use their services. Fast forward to a month later and Iâ m still not able to use the shower. Why you ask? Because I got a second opinion and what I was told caused the leak originally actually didnâ t cause it. Iâ m not saying that they were incorrect in saying I had old pipes but I definitely did not have a leak before they came. Now I still cannot use my shower, have a hole in my ceiling over the stove, and will have to pay more money to get it fixed.

Paul and his son did a thorough review and clean up of all the pipes in the house, main drainage cleanup and camera inspection.

Paul responded to my request within 5 minutes and arrived at my home an hour later. He and his helper were professional and knew exactly what the problem was. He had the proper equipment with him and cleared my drain quicly. In fact, it's actually draining better than ever before. Their rate was very reasonable. Paul and his assistant plumber did an outstanding job. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Paul went the extra mile by explaining what caused my plumbing issues.
