Chester gave us the best quote on a competitive bid and they began work 2 days later. They found they needed some custom sized piping so the job took extra time to complete, but was running beautifully the same day--and they added nothing for the extra work and parts. Chester came by to check on the job and installed a couple breakers in our box to make everything work better--again, no charge. I was very impressed with the sales process, the workmanship, the product and the outcome--all at the best price we found. I would recommend them without reservation, and they completely earned our trust.

Had a very old system, super loud and inefficient. Got a price for a replacement that was way below everyone else. John was very thorough in explaining exactly what I needed and honest, didn't oversell or talk to me like I was an idiot, girls, you know what I mean. Guys came 2 days later and installed. They were on time and did an excellent job.

I hired Pro Temp Mechanical to install a new air conditioning system in my home. My system was 18 years old, and we didn't want to be without AC in the middle of summer, especially if the supply of AC units was compromised. I evaluated 2 contractors and hire Pro Temp because, in my opinion, they offered the best balance of cost, service and economy of ownership. They installed a 16seer system (very efficient) at a price that was $2000 + less than the competitive bid. The work was completed Friday 4/22. The one thing I am really good at is watching other people work (easier than working). While I watched I never saw the installers take a short cut. All of the work I saw was first class. Near the end of the job, I observed thermostat wires were hanging loose beside the AC unit and figured I would tape them up after they left. Very small item and required no effort on my part. The next time I looked they were taped up. I watched as they checked for air leaks around the plenium and they explained in detail how the condensation water was drained from the system. First class equipment. First class Work. Priced right.

My 18 year old central air died Sunday. Got my estimate from John Monday (and 2 others Tuesday...and btw Pro temp came in at 68% of bid 2 and 80% of bid 3) Hired Pro Temp Tuesday afternoon. Job completed by Wednesday at 2:00 pm. Excellent work by entire Pro Temp team !!! Highly recommend ! Also really appreciated the 15 minute inspection/estimate process compared to the 1 1/2 hour "timeshare" hard sell sales pitch from the other 2.
