When my home flooded unexpectedly, I was left with a terrible insurance adjuster and scrambling for a contractor. After interviewing multiple contractors, I found that the majority where extremely sexist and unreliable; however, the insurance company informed me I had limited time for hotel coverage, so I was extremely pressured to find not only a contractor, but a contractor that could start right away. After I had given up hope of finding a contractor, my boyfriend found ProTech Construction and after vetting them out for me, I reach out to ProTech Construction. They came out the next day and gave me a quote. And I am so thankful for them, because they saw the urgency in my situation and voluntarily made room in their schedule to start on my home right away. During my time working with them, I slowly found out the hidden gem that I had discovered. ProTech Construction is not just A CONTRACTOR, but an entire family from New Mexico who moved out to Texas to grow and support their family business. They are a family who genuinely care, respect, and take so much pride in the work they do for you. Their work is PERFECTION and that should be meaningful coming from a type-A, OCD, scientist that analyzed microscopic specimens everyday. Additionally, their support and care for their customers extends beyond what I would have expected. Anthony took me in like his own child and his whole family took care of me and my project at a time in my life when the challenge of remodeling an entire condo unplanned and dealing with terrible insurance representatives felt like an impossible task to conquer. The ProTechConstruction company, aka the Rosete family, treated me like I was part of their family and for that the Rosete family will always have a special place in my heart. In summary, if you are looking for a contractor that treats and cares about you and your project like you are part of their own family, stop looking. You will be doing yourself a disservice by working with any other contractor/company.

Pro Tech const just finish remodeling our home last year in Dec. The work they did was great. This family own contracting firm really knows their business. They help us with the design and selection of all of our materials. From the start they were straight and honest about all the problems with the back order of materials in this pandemic we are in so order early if you are planing to do this. The work they did was beautiful. Richard help us a lot in the design that we needed for our kitchen and bathrooms and seeing it on their computer 3-D software was really great so we knew exactly what we were getting, it help so much it was great, Richard was just a fine young man and with a lot of design experience and made our dream come true. Anthony the father was great and very honest but very straight forward on the process in what to expect in this new construction way of life on delays on materials and so on. But in all our home is so beautiful and is like brand new. Thank you all for a great job. Anthony and his team remodeled our outdated kitchen in Taos, NM. Anthony had great ideas and we loved the finished product. Anthony and his NM team were fast, reliable and efficient! His communication is excellent! They ran into some unexpected water damage from the roof and fixed it at no extra cost. We absolutely loved the finished product. They also replaced the flooring throughout the first floor. The crew was respectful of our house and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I 100% recommend hiring Pro Tech for your kitchen remodel. We are repeat customers as well.

The team at ProTech were outstanding! We completed a full kitchen remodel, and an update to the remainder of the house completing new paint, floors, ceiling fans, light switches, outlets, stair hand railing, and a few other small items. The quality is astounding and their responsiveness to our requests was immediate. This being our first remodel they were great explaining the process and helping us understand the weight of each decision. Highly recommend!

Definitely, we will use them again. We had a leak inside the wall, this ruined the carpet. Pro-Tech Construction was the only one who responded after calling 4 different companies. They came right away on the weekend and inspected the wall, and found the leak and fixed it. They also replaced my damaged carpet with nice good quality vinyl flooring. The work was done fast they finished everything in 3 days. They did a very good job, good quality, good communication. I definitely recommend them!

Very responsive to our needs and requests. Good quality work that has a 5 year warranty. We had a couple of hiccups and they addressed it right away.

I interviewed several home remodel companies. By far Anthony and his son (owners) provided the highest level of expertise. My project was a major home remodel. His teamâ floor, electricians, painters, etc had many years of experience. They were flawless. Anthony and his son stopped by many times. I give them a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!!
