I question their integrity and would never refer them. They charged double did not finish work and won't return my calls. I am very unhappy with the service and want the work I paid for to be finished.

They replaced the 4 columns holding up my front porch. Very friendly, great communication, quick work and cleaned up after. They did a fantastic job and I would hire them again.

Andy and Sam are great. They are knowledgeable about how to correctly fix problems and to spot other issues. My roofing was done in a very professional and timely manner. Their pricing is fair. I'm glad I hired them.

He will not fix my patio as it was. He took it apart and put it back 6 inches shorter than what it was, and when I talked to him about it he cursed at me.

I reached out to Mr. Douglas multiple times to try and solve this problem. He refused to allow me to do any more work. Excellent work was done for Mr. Douglas all at zero cost to him. What Mr. Douglas is not mentioning in his review is that I finished approximately 90% of the work. Only to have Mr. Douglas bring up frivolous complaints which were clearly a veiled attempt to simply not pay me for my work. I am a businessman and a customer-first person. Meaning my work is not finished till the customer is satisfied and all previously agreed to details are meant. However Mr. Douglas. never informed me beforehand of any requests or requirements.

Andy did a good job communicating the issues that needed to be addressed, and was able to schedule the work and complete it in the time frame I requested. He provided before and after pictures of all problem areas to show work performed. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience in working with Pro Roofers.
