Pristine Clean Services, LLC

I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and family.

The business representative responded immediately to my inquiry and scheduled at a time convenient to me. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They stayed on task and did a very very thorough cleaning job. The cost was reasonable given the extent and quality of the work performed. I was concerned when I received an late payment invoice a few days after they had cleaned my home because I paid by check on the day of the cleaning. I made a phone call and the issue was resolved.

They had wonderful customer service and spent the entire day doing a thorough cleaning. Everything looked great at first. Unfortunately, when putting things away, I noticed places throughout the house that they missed. They came back and cleaned one area. I cleaned the other areas because I saw them later. Overall, though, they were good and I would use them again.

Adequate job, not outstanding, no receipt

I hired this company to come in and clean just four (4) rooms and it took a total of 6.5 hours and two days for them to perform this project. They had serious issues with thier equipment and were unable to get anything done on the first day , so they had to return the next in order to finish. I was not totally satisfied with thier time limit, but they really worked hard on the second day to satisfy my issues thier time. The carpets turned out great !!!
