Itâ s difficult to find a great customer service based pool cleaning service that works with above ground pools. We finally found one with Priority Pool Service and so happy with them. They check on us to make sure we are happy, ask if thereâ s more they can offer in knowledge checks, or just basic pool and pump maintenance which I greatly appreciate since becoming a new above ground pool owner and customer. They have arrived on time since starting our weekly service and the owner answers email questions the same day. I wish more companies were like them! You canâ t go wrong here! Definitely a yes from us!!

My family and I have debated on installing an in ground pool for a few years now. We kept getting the usual advice: the kids will grow out of the pool and that the pool would just become one extra costly item to take care of at home. Well, my husband and daughters of 22, 17, and 16 (are not babies) and STILL love to swim, I think they are part fish! Lol So we decided to purchase an above ground swimming pool but went with something a little bigger than your store-bought pool with filter pump. We ended up with an 18 x 9 x 48, it s a pretty good size pool. With that size of pool and the amount of water it wasn t something you could just drain and clean when things go ugly, we decided we would need help to maintain the pool to keep it at optimal use, and boy are we glad we did! In comes Priority Pool Service, Hector has really done a great job with weekly cleaning, checking the chemicals, and giving us advice to make sure we do our part as well. After one of the hottest weekends and a very USED pool, the pool was not happy , Hector evaluated the situation and came up with a plan to get the pool back to crystal clear water. I explained I have extremely sensitive skin so he took that into consideration before just dumping all kinds of chemicals into the pool, he even made an extra stop to check and make sure things were going in the right direction. I would highly recommend Priority Pool Service to friends and familyÂ….I almost forgot to mention Hector is very reliable and is quick to respond when contacted. He accepts many types of payments which is a plus Venmo, Zelle, check, Home Advisor Pay, and cash just to name a few. I wonder if I could pay with a meatball sandwich? LOL GREAT JOB Priority Pool Service.
