Very professional service. The technician showed up on time and did a good job. He installed a new kitchen faucet and repaired the garbage disposal. I had purchased a brand new garbage disposal but I didn’t end up needing it because he was able to repair my old one at no extra cost. He monitored the old one to make sure that there were no residual leaks and he also gave me advice. He saved me money because I was able to return the new garbage disposal that I purchased. Friendly, professional and honest service. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

I called Priority1 to get a second opinion on a water leak in my basement, which was causing considerable damage, not to mention the lack of water as we had to switch off the mains. I had tried another company, who sent 3 different people to try and diagnose the issue. Priority1 immediately found the source of the leak, and rounded up and dispatched their team early on a Saturday. The team worked through the rain, with lots of digging involved in the driveway and next to the house, so we could have water that day. Two things made me hire them immediately upon meeting with them: (1) their quick diagnosis and explanation of the issue inspired great confidence in their technical abilities; and (2) they went out of their way to get a team to fix the issue immediately, so we could continue to have water. I must also mention that they fixed the work seamlessly, and left the site and house as pristine as it can get after major excavation, and work through drywall.
