Reviews
Write a ReviewI fully feel that an 87 year old woman was taken advantage of who is on dialysis three times a week and was overcharged for services - i.e. $225 for removing hair out of a drain and tightening the spicket. on a shower. Originally I was told it would cost $250 as the drain rubber on the stopper was cracked, and they would have to remove the skirting on the trailer and go under trailer to change the plumbing, so I approved to be completed. When service man arrived he did not go under the trailer, remove skirting or redo pipes to fix the problem. Instead he removed clogged hair and grunge and admitted that he just tightened the spicket on shower to fix the leak. To me this was not worth the $225 charge to fix this problem. I do not recommend this company at all especially for elderly people who they feel are easy targets. I am all for getting paid for work rendered just do not believe I got our moneys worth. This is the 3rd time I hired this company and each time charges were charged above what I was originally told. So no more here.
Excellent team. Did a great job and I will use them again. Brandon has put together a great team
Very helpful & professional
Came out for estimate and was fair priced
I gave Prime Time Construction my insurance money and signed a contract ... later to be told that there was nothing signed... I have never dealt with an insurance claim and was not aware of what I was supposed to do, so I trusted this person..after 3 months of waiting and continually contacting the owner, he did not do the work.. his father took over and the work was very unprofessionally done...and still incomplete... When my bedroom floor was being installed and the subcontractor laying it saw it was defective... they were told to come the next day and *nail* the floating floor down... I did not accept this to which I found out that instead of buying the flooring at a recognized store like I was told, it was purchased at another cheap store (Dirt trash material store) and could not be returned... that is when the owner of Prime Time became angry with me and I was blamed for damaging the flooring.. in which I had nothing to do with it.... they needed someone to blame for their mistakes... They tore out my carpet in my living and dining rooms and did not replace it. I had to buy carpet myself and hire someone to put it down... my furniture was put into a POD storage for 3 months...Had to pay someone to put my furniture back into my home.. all the debris that was removed from the damaged bedroom was thrown out of the bedroom window and 4 months later, it is still there ..I was brought papers to sign and a check.. when asked what was I signing, I was told the list of work they did.. I asked *what work* and what was the check for.. in which I was told *that is what you had left over/.. I immediately started showing the *work* that was NOT done .. in which the person got mad, grabbed the papers, started yelling and pushing his way out of the house..and told me that I did not *give them time* to complete the work...4 months seemed time enough... I was not allowed to read the papers they wanted me to sign ..they just wanted my signature... I have photos if interested... I would advise to NOT use this company.. they are not trustworthy and the work was incomplete and it looked like my grandchildren did the work. and found out that he is NOT LICENSED. They still owe me money, the debris is still in my yard and the work is incomplete. He continually called me *a crazy lady* to anyone that I tried to hire to complete my work... I guess if for 3 months all I had to sit in was my computer chair and that I told him I wanted my money back or I would turn him into the State Board, that is when he became extremely angry and started accusing me of being a crazy lady... I just wanted the work that I paid him for, completed... I would NEVER hire this company to do any job.. the proposal that was written up for my insurance company was a fraud. and now, I have unfinished work and no money to pay for it... I feel he took advantage of me... I am 70 yr old...
I actually had them build two access ramps to enable handicapped person to enter and exit more safely. They did a great job all in one day and I would definitely hire them again.
Company contacted me right away & made the appt. to come out as soon as a the part came in that was needed. Overall, great service. Would definitely hire again.
I hired Prime Time Construction to raise the foundation of a 16’ x 20’ prefabricated back yard shed and fill in back yard area with river sand. I first contacted owner Brandon in Oct 2018. Because of schedules government shutdown, and weather it was tough finally getting together to look at my job. I kept calling because of good Home Advisor reviews. Despite a lot of rain and mud Victor and Jose raised the shed and lowered it onto 16” x 16” footer slabs upon which sat standard cinder blocks and termite guards. I had serious low spots in the yard that required 30 cu yd of sand they distributed by wheelbarrow. The whole job took 4 days over most of a week interrupted by rain. They needed to pump out the water that kept accumulating. They reconnected the electricity, adapted and re-fastened the hurricane anchors and installed a plastic lattice skirt to keep animals from underneath. It was a good job under trying circumstances. We bought or made them lunch and I tipped upon completion. Good work requires good treatment. I am quite happy with the outcome.
Prompt. Communicates well. Cleaned up very well after the job was done. Went that extra mile.
Always showed up late or not at all one day, but eventually got the job complete to my satisfaction.
