They were hired to insulate crawl space, replace subfloor, and put down new flooring. After all that time and money, I am living on a subfloor with holes in it and no insulation in the crawl space.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to work at your home. As my customer, you were informed at the time you picked out your flooring that the bamboo product that you were leaning towards would not be able to be wet mopped. We installed the bamboo flooring and have pictures of the finished product. After about six months of you all living in this house with three dogs, (which we did not know were not house trained at the time of the floor installation), the floors became saturated with dog urine and you were using a wet mop to clean it, according to your sister. After you forced me to pull up the floors accusing me and saying it was water damaged due to my fault, the floors were tested and contained dog urine which also caused the crawlspace insulation that we had previously installed to have to be removed as to not cause mold. The negligence and refusal to use the care instructions provided by the flooring manufacturer and by PTC as the installer voided your warranty.
