Everything about this experience was excellent. Very quick to respond to our request, and to start the project. they went out of their way to finish in 1 day and did excellent work and at a very fair price. I have already recommended them to others and will call them again myself in the future.

The installers were very nice and professional.

Some confusion over final price. Only a minor difference. I should have gotten it in writing. Very good work, cleans up well but doesn't haul away? I would definitely recommend.

I found this relatively new company to be exceptional given my limited experience with professionals since I do most of my own work. Most of the time when I hired work to be done, I've been disappointed to some degree. But going on 67, I'm having to pass on things I would normally do. With Prime Interiors, there's been no regrets. I was particularly impressed with their politeness and checking out how I wanted certain things done when we haven't talked about it before.

Pre job communication was quick and efficient. The quote was itemized with various finishing options priced individually, very easy to understand. Work was quick. They arrived on time and cleaned up the work area well.

The work that Prime Interiors, Erick Mendez, completed for me was drywall repair and painting. I was pleased as punch with the drywall and paint job that I hired him for. I was so pleased that we used them for another paint job. (I'm also hoping he can do some additional work with grading/sloping and skylight repair for me before the year is out). They came out and gave an estimate when they said they were coming to give an estimate; I didn't have to follow up with them like so many others I had scheduled appointments with. They also prepared the estimate for the work the same day they came out. Their pricing was fair based on the work and according to Home Advisor True Cost Estimator. I loved that they were clean and neat; they prepared the areas for the work and cleaned it up when they were finished. They begin the work when they said they would start; if they said 9 am they were painting at 9 on the dot- not arriving at my home at 9. I haven't seen a company that's been this diligent in earning my business since the 80's as my niece would say. Erick explained that he was a new an upcoming business but more businesses should go back to when they first started in business and learn that your word may be all you have and your actions should dictate how you're going to do business. A few OTHER companies just don't care anymore; I guess they have all the business they want or can handle. However, they will not tell you that they are busy, follow-up, reach out to you, keep their scheduled appointments with you, or anything. I contacted a few companies who scheduled appointments and never showed or called back to offer an explanation OR they came out to provide an estimate and never contacted me with said estimate (JH, you said you'd have a price for me tomorrow and that was 10/4). The works done now thanks to Prime Interiors, we shampooed the carpet and new furniture coming Tuesday (Today). I can give QA's Prime Interior's contact information they may need to take some tips from Erick on doing business regardless if you're new or not. Thanks Prime Interiors and Erick! Kathy Ladd

This was the BEST father and son team I have ever worked with, I called for an estimate and they came out and measured, gave us a price and after we told them we already had the material for the drywall install they reworked the project just for labor only. We gave specific's what we wanted done in the basement and they did it exactly as we wanted it done. The showed up daily on time and stayed all day and constantly worked, if they had any questions for us they asked before they did the work and gave us input and kept us in the loop every step of the install. From start to finish it took them a week and a half we had a small area. The texture on the walls was exactly what we wanted, they cleaned up everyday before they left and were very respectful of us. They took all the trash out and on the last day they swept up leaving us with nothing to do but dust. I would recommend to anyone, if you want a great job done in a timely fashion with dependability and honesty then give Eric a call.
