I hired Pressure King to power wash the exterior home. I paid half up front, but he could not complete even half, and the work quality was so extremely poor. I said since I paid him the $200, to try to do the sidewalk and driveway, but he said he ran out of gas. He said he would return, but when I really looked at the garage floor, I knew even with gas, his equipment could not do the job right. He said he would refund at least $100 of the $200 I paid this past weekend, but he did not call or come to refund my money. He did not have the equipment to even get the surface of the garage floor clean. He sprayed with a tiny attachment to a little machine. when I showed him how dirty the front porch was, he did spray again the one corner. I asked to please at least spray the garage with water to get up foot prints and debris he had left after spraying inward toward the door. But basically what he promised when he evaluated the job, he could not do. At least he could give my money back. I paid $200 for just spraying a front porch and garage floor that looks like it has just been sprayed with a regular garden hose and water. The original job was $400 for the entire exterior of a 2,500 square foot two story home, driveway, sidewalks, two porches, and garage floor. At least return my $100 since the job was done poorly and Pressure King only did the front porch and garage floor. I am sending photos to Home Advisor of the before (after he left) and after the Landlord/ Owner cleaned the garage with mild soap.
