Could not have been more pleased with Jonathan and Premiere Builders. After a "not-so-good" experience with another highly recommended contractor, we called Jonathan. From the first meeting, it was obvious that Premiere Builders was different. Jonathan presented ideas for our kitchen remodel that were in keeping with what we desired, at a price that was very reasonable. The crew that performed was more than competent and, unlike the previous contractor, they showed up every day. The job was completed within the time-frame promised, and the quality of work was exceptional. Shimi, the project manager, was on top of everything and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed in every respect concerning the job. We had only planned to remodel the kitchen, but we were so pleased with everything, we decided to use Premiere to remodel the guest bath, half bath in garage, paint the entire house and garage, install crown molding in the den, replace tile on the front patio, and paint all doors, both inside and out. I would highly recommend Premiere Builders for any remodel, large or small.

I used Premier Builders to install an outside cement pad in front of my dining room sliders where my deck used to be. They came out, asked a few questions and made some recommendations. One recommendation was the size (14x14) and inquired if I would like a walkway from the cement pad to the master bedroom sliders. I thought that was a great idea. They came out on the exact date that was on the contract. They completed the whole project in one day! It was fascinating to watch. They worked nonstop until it was necessary for the cement truck to arrive and then they were back at it. The finished project is so welcoming that my lawn care provider wanted to know who did it because it is exactly what he wants. Every time I go outside, I am pleased all over again by it's appearance and functionality. It has reduced the volume of dirt we track into the house and that's a plus I hadn't thought about. I also appreciated their level of communication. That is rare these days. Jonathan provides that and monitors the whole process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Premier Buiders.
