A tub/shower conversion done right! Beautiful conversion. We could not make the small ugly bathroom bigger but we did make it visually larger and much more efficient. We were able to create a true walk-out shower in the space where a tub had been. New LPV flooring, new ceramic wall tiles, new vanity, new fixtures, new accessories, fresh walls all custom to my preferences. The half wall and half glass encloser were suggested by Shimi and it encloses shower enough that no doors are needed. Also more safety grab rails inside the shower. So, now there is a truly safe walk-out shower and more visual space and light. And with grab rails custom to my habits. I knew I could 100% trust Premiere Builders and Shimi. They had rescued me last year. My kitchen was demolished by the previous contractor who then abandoned the project. I did a lot of research and thought before I could trust a new contractor. I am so glad I called Premiere Builders and Shimi because, in the end, that kitchen reno went far beyond my original expectations. On time, on budget and with great communication. Sure enough, this bathroom is done right, on budget and even a little early within the two-week schedule, more like 10 days. Shimi manages the project with great communication between me, between the trades and with an eye to details. Most of all, I know he will keep his word to me always At the end, Shimi even sent soap and water clean up! Quality. Customer Service. Value for my money and relaxed because I could trust I would be treated honestly. Wow.

Definitely recommend Premiere Builders. We did a reasonably complex project including the removal of a load-bearing wall, installation of a bathroom, AC replacement & re-layouting as well as construction of dry walls, window replacement - in addition to â standardâ remodeling (new floors, recessed lights, etc.). Shimi struck a nice balance between optimizing for our quality of life and resale value, and was happy to work with our priorities. The process felt very collaborative, and the team suggested improvements and optimizations along the way. We definitely feel that we got our moneyâ s worth, and would absolutely hire them again for our next project.

We were recommended to Premiere Builders & Remodeling from a family friend, and they didnâ t disappoint! Shimi and Premiere completed an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch to expectation. The team was wonderful to work with from site visit and bid, through demo & construction and until final inspection. Shimi was is easy to communicate with, sets expectations / timelines, and honest throughout the project. Main scope of work included a demo of fireplace/chimney roof to basement, installed two support beams: main level, kitchen remodel, egress window, oak flooring, etc. We were pleased with Shimiâ s entire crew and ALL subcontractors. We look forward to working with Premiere Builders again on any future projects!

We hired Premiere for a residential renovation project with significant concrete, roof, plumbing, electrical, and finish work. Their communication was excellent throughout the project. Any sizeable project always has some issues, all were handled professionally and fixed well. All employees were professional and courteous.

We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Michael from Premiere Builders. Our project was to convert a large room into a master bedroom. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry and redesigning and installation of a window. Work was completed on time and the area was cleaned up and secured daily with minimum impact on the rest of the house. I would with out any hesitation recommend Premiere Builders!

From the moment I looked up contractors on Thumbtack and found Premier Builders, I knew I found a winner! They were the 1st to respond, and from day one when I met Shimi at the house in Dunedin, I knew I made the right choice ð I was only going to paint the cabinets and a few other minor things, but with the vision me and Shimi came together with, we did a total home remodel!! They made the process so easy, with milestones of when to get product and the payment plan was set from the beginning. Communication with Shimi was non stop and I was able to reach him night and day!
