The provider arrived and inspected my roof. They stated they would need to seal the seams of my roof with a three-step process. Repair, seal and apply fiberglass sealant last. They said the cost to do this was originally $2500.00 but was running a special of $1500.00 today. I told him he would have to come back on Friday since that was when I got paid. He asked if I could pay a deposit today and they could get the rest Friday. He wanted cash but I did not have that. They agreed to be paid the $500.00 deposit via Cash App or Zelle. I asked them for a business card and they said they did not have one but would send me one digitally in a few minutes. I went inside and they began working. I went back out to ask where the office was located and no one could tell me. One guy said he was helping his cousin and he was from out of town. The other guy said the office was in Katy somewhere and he didn't know either. I told him It seemed weird nobody knew where the office was. The lead guy Sebastian sent me a business card via text. He showed me some pictures where they put some caulking on the seams and I asked "Where is the fiberglass sealant you were talking about?" He stated it was up there and we just couldn't see it. I paid the provider the $500.00 as promised via Cash App. I had someone come and check the work for me and was shown pictures where the roof was not sealed, the wrong material was used, and one area was not sealed at all. I was informed that this job should have cost 350 to 400 dollars and not 1500.00 and certainly not the 2500.00 originally quoted. I now have to hire a contractor to fix what this contractor did and seal my roof. The provider also gave me a false business card where the address belonged to another company in Katy TX. Angi provided me with the actual address and phone number. The provider lied and is scamming storm victims.

It went fine, until today Saturday the ceiling is leaking, where it was to be repaired.

Workmen were very helpful and efficient. They were very prompt and I felt confident and safe in letting them do the repairs.

These guys came out when I desperately needed them. They repaired a roof leak and were the nicest guys. I would use them again and highly recommend them!!
