Roofs 101 is professional and cordial. Guillermo De La Isla is professional and cordial. He explained in detail what needed to be done and what was done to my roof. I will be using them in the future.

Came out on a Sunday to get my roof fixed before an imminent storm, great work and dedication, highly recommend!

Had an upstairs fascia board that needed replacement. Not the biggest job but couldn’t do it myself. Contacted Joe who sent his son Darby who did the job. From the estimate to the finish cleanup Darby did an A1 job!! Darby was careful with a tile roof and skillfully applied 2 coats of paint. The process was quick and easy and I highly recommend this company.

It was perfect. Very good. Owner came out and took a look. It took most of the day. Excellent work.

I knew I had a leak, because of the last rain. But my business and other things kept me from calling someone, and we kind of forgot. One day, sitting at my desk, I suddenly remembered. And it was going to rain in a few hours. Called Preferred Roofing, and someone was there within an hour. Problem solved. Very happy, and am planning to bring them back to look at some other projects.

Called soon after I posted to Angie. Came out for the estimate when they said they would and showed up for the repair work when they said they would. Seem like nice people.

Received quick response from Joe to get a quote. Showed pictures of areas on roof that needed attention. Actual cost of repair was less than quote because it took less time to complete the job than was initially estimated. Cleaned up fallen roof debris from around the house, as well as hauled away the bags full of debris. I highly recommend this roof contractor.
