Vin and his crew did an amazing job. We hired them for two jobs. First job was to repair severe termite damage, water damage, and siding. 2nd job was to build out moulding (decorative pilasters and headers) on our double garage doors and front door. The finished product looks beautiful and we couldnt be more happy. It was refreshing to have a crew of guys that paid attention to every detail, consulted with us when needed and most importantly, they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Preferred Remodeling.

Vincent and his team were so wonderful to work with. He respected the fact that we were on a tight budget and played a critical role in our semi-diy bathroom project. He was super detailed beforehand about the scope of the work, but yet made the most of the executive decisions with confidence due to his wealth of knowledge and experience. He and his workers were very clean (and didn't make us feel funny about being neat-freaks!), got our project done on time, and gave us a great price. Very happy we found preferred remodeling!

Couldn't be happier. Everyone that worked here had great work ethic; arrived at 8 - stayed until at least 5. Workmanship was beyond what I expected. I would never use anyone else. I give ten stars **********!
