Didn't have hot water, but did get it relit prior to their arrival. Didn't get anything done, but he did check to make sure it was done right. Glad they were able to get me in the same day.

They ordered a part and said they Overnighted it but had no way to track it? When you overnight a part you should have a tracking number....Very poor communication, never called back for any updates. Very Salesmen like, tried to upsell everything, and very expensive.

Dean inspected my water heater and gave me several options or fixing or replacing it. I decided to replace the old one and was surprised at how fast the new one was installed. Dean was very helpful, polite, and professional. Anything he moved he put back and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Precision Today!
