Dependable Restoration specialist did an outstanding job assessing my water damage and took immediate action to stop any further damage from occurring. The team worked tirelessly to remove all the damaged flooring while protecting the contents of my home. They were very responsive and professional in dealing with all issues and concerns. Easy to work with and really made an effort despite COVID 19 obstacles got the job done as quickly as possible. Crew was polite and considerate. Professional job all the way around. They made a stressful situation feel easy. Our hot water heater busted and began flooding my daughters room. After I placed the call to Dependable Restoration , they rushed over in no time flat. Had they not been that fast, I believe the damage would have been way worse than it was. They dried out to carpets, removed the damaged sheet rock and insulation, and it was repaired perfectly. I am so happy with the job they did.

Very quick to respond to emergency calls . Had experienced team at my home shortly right after hanging up with their office . They are very punctual , have the equipment necessary on hand and began work immediately . They worked with me on cost and where very professional about their work as well as following covid-19 protocols . They where very clear about each step and process no hidden surprises white them . With that being said I would definitely hire them again in a heart beat no doubt about it .
