Great job in clearing the snow from my property
THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kurt is the best man that I've ever had. He's awesome.
I just signed up for their snow removal for the upcoming season. Kurt (maybe spelled Curt) helped me and I am hopeful it will be a good experience with their services. If so I will renew for another season. I will write another review after winter with my level of satisfaction. So far they have been prompt and responsive with my questions.
This company charged too much to clean a yard of leaves. $469 to clean a yard (front & back) on a 0.31 acre lot. I won't use them again.

I became a fan of Precision when they took care of our snow removal while we were gone on vacation and we received an unexpected spring snow event. We were not customers at the time, but I reached out to see if they could take care of us while we were gone. Charlie said no problem. We received 20 inches of snow and Zack sent a picture of our clean driveway and hand-shoveled sidewalk. It was a relief not to have to deal with that coming back from vacation. We have been a customer ever since! Outstanding customer service!

unprofessional, bad customer service
When discussing the quote, the company rep was putting on a pretty hard sell. Against my better judgment, I decided to hire the company to mow my lawn, with the understanding that I urgently needed it mowed, preferably that weekend. On Friday, I signed a contract that stated the "mowing season" started May 19-25, and was told verbally that I would be "put on the schedule" and my lawn would be mowed within the next couple days. My lawn was not mowed within the next couple days. I called on Tuesday, May 24, and was told I was "on the schedule" and that my lawn would be mowed by end of day. My lawn was not mowed by end of day. I called again today, May 26, and was told I was "on the schedule" for my lawn to be mowed tomorrow. I asked if I could cancel service and get a refund since my lawn was not mowed within the May 19 - 25 range for season start listed on the contract. I was told no. Apparently, that date range means nothing, and as long as the company mows my lawn 13 times between May 19-25 and October 30, they've fulfilled their obligation. If all 13 mows are in October, I have no recourse according to the contract. I am sure their crew does good work, but have not experienced it for myself yet. Their customer service, however, makes me regret hiring this company.
