Review H&K Contracting is the most reliable and professional contractor in Westchester. When I purchased my home in 2012 Hans and his team were highly recommended by locals in Bronxville, Pelham and Rye. The first job started with a floor refinishing, huge wallpaper removal and painting project and turned into a great trusting relationship. Over the next 12 years they renovated my home top to bottom; New windows, exterior painting, kitchen, 5 baths and basement. Two years ago they did a complex build of an external garage and regrading of my property; which included hardscaping, fencing and dry well installation. Hans held my hand through all stages of my projects, architecture renderings, permits, interfacing with local government. He knows his profession, is incredibly reliable, has the highest quality workmanship and standards.

I hired this contractor to redo the tiles in my kitchen. It was the first time that they installed an apron pattern. The end results was very good. I would recommend them.

Hans is a very ethical & knowledgeable person to work with. And his crew were wonderful. We hired them to gut & renovate our bathroom & install wood floors, in our kitchen. And they didn't just do the job, to get it done & move on to the next one. They made suggestions, throughout the entire process, to enhance every aspect of the renovation. Which allowed us to utilize the space, to its maximum potential, as well as, make it more visually appealing. In addition, every member of his crew are very knowledgeable, respectful & truly a pleasure, to work with. It's quite obvious, that they care about their customers. We would highly recommend them.

Precision responded immediately when I submitted my request for deck sealing. They were timely, friendly, and did a great job on our deck. I am hoping to use them for additional services in the future!

This was our first major remodel and we were very nervous to hire a contractor. We interviewed half a dozen contractors. Hans came in the middle of our bidding range, and we felt comfortable with him. Hans was patient with our indecisiveness, but he always had a plan. The job was well executed and all of the guys were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Before and throughout the remodel, Hans communicated via email and text so that we always knew we were on the same page. Also, the price he quotes is the price you pay. Huge relief! We will definitely use them again.

They did the job on time and in a very clean manner. We got two bathrooms (one powder room and one shower stall) remodeled. They were very thorough and finished the job in less than 9 days. They were helpful in providing feedback to enhance the looks and to add value. Sometimes we missed on some supplies and they took care of it. They also repaired the ceiling of kitchen and corridor. They installed new toilet/sink/mirror/tiles/light fixtures. They also recommended certain stores which were helpful for us to pick out designs/plumbing supplies/tiles etc. They were professional and helpful.
