STAY AWAY FROM PRECISION MOVING AND STORAGE! They start out very communicative when trying to get your business then they turn into ghosts. The initial â virtualâ estimate should have been my red flag as it was a reasonable amount for interstate moving, $10,000. We agreed on my move dates being August 18 and 19, 2023. My contract noted I needed the full kitchen packed up as well as me having two very large safes. All was added into the contract. I was told the company would stay in close contact to ensure the move went smoothly. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I wanted to speak with a live person but that didnâ t happen after the initial documents were signed. The driver arrives on Friday the 18th at 1:30pm. First telling me heâ s Jewish and does not work after 7pm on Fridays and he does not work on Saturday, so they will finish on the 20th. The driver is surprised about having to pack the kitchen, adds that as additional cost, even though I had already had that in the contract. Secondly, he adds extra for the two safes, which also were in the initial contract. The prices jump from $10, 000 to $22,000. I am over a barrel at this point since I need to move out. They work until 7pm. The lead driver, Ronni, is now packing a heavy wood dining table. I tell him to take the base off for moving. He refuses, says he will protect it with packing materials. THE ENTIRE BASE BROKE OFF THE TABLE DURING THE MOVE! I have insurance, but the table repair wonâ t hit my $1500 deductible. The driver insists on a 10% tip, which he assures me is to be split between the 6 movers. I give it to him, thinking he will further damage my belongings if I donâ t tip. They say in the contract nothing is definite, but that they will keep the customer updated. AGAIN, ANOTHER LIE. They tell me the truck will arrive on Tuesday August 29. That group unloads, putting stuff wherever they want and then showing me the one damaged table and then another table is also damaged. The entire move was horrendous.

They were assigned, unknowingly, by a broker. The estimate I was given, and that was provided to Precise, was not honored. You might as well wipe your rear end with the estimate they give you. It is worthless. My move ended up costing me more than double the estimate. Once this mover has your belongings in their truck, they stick them to you. Fees that were not included in the estimate. They had me sign a blank form, stating it was mandatory but did not apply to my move, then after the truck was loaded they had it filled in with undisclosed and unauthorized fees, and refused to provide me with a copy.

For many people moving is not as fun as it actually should be. For me it is hundred time more difficult, because I am disabled and single. I had no option but find movers who could help me with everything. My neighbor suggested Precise Movers. This time I was really lucky to get professionals! I can not remember services offered to me with such a big attention as I get form these people. I could not believe it is possible but it was. So, three guys moved me to my new condo, which was one hour drive from the old place. They did all wrapping work, loading, organizing and so on. Everything I wanted to be done was done. They understood me perfectly, so I had no issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

Precise Moving was a great company to work with. It was simple to get an estimate and set a move date. They were amazing. The movers were professional and friendly. They took care of my furniture, and even moved heavy furniture into the garage so that I could donate it. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. This service is highly recommended.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Really good rates quoted and very professional and punctual people. I spoke to the main man Eric and he was so humble to move an entire basement within a short notice of 3 hours. If there were 10 stars available I would've also added those. Truly fantastic work. I have never had an experience with a moving company before - Precise Movers did a exemplary job to make the process extremely painless and quick. The team is extremely flexible and responsible. I cannot say enough good words about Ben and his awesome team. Precise movers provided the best moving experience we've ever had! Extremely professional, efficient, friendly, respectful, quick and hardworking. The move went amazing, they were extremely careful and everything arrived undamaged. This was the easiest part of the relocation process and alleviated a lot of the stress for us. I thought the cost was beyond reasonable for what they did and the quality of their service.
