Precise Building is top notch. I was very impressed by the quality of work and the attention to details. Mr Ariel is very professional, patient and easy to work with. He provide great customer service and cares about his customers. I read the other reviews and agree with them all. I will definitely use Precise Building again. I received three estimates from 3 different companies and Precise prices were comparable to the other estimates. But Ariel attention to detail when reviewing the site for the estimate was outstanding. He measured things and took pictures of the work that was to be done. He said he specializes in customer services and i totally agree. He listened to my questions and provided answered and walked me through the process. Thank you for a job well done. Work was heavy up, replaced electrical panel box, grounded the house and water line to bring the house up to code.

In this crazy remodeling environment, Precise Building Services worked me in very quickly. The work was timely and beautifully done, and Ariel was fantastic to deal with. I don't plan to use another electrician.

Terrific service with excellent communication. Work was more complicated than originally thought but original estimate was honored. Other unrelated electrical problems were repaired during the project. Our electrical panel was upgraded and we installed a Tesla charger. Would not hesitate to use this company for other electrical work.

Work was great and price was fair but communication could have been better. I was not notified of a delay in starting the work and the crew made a minor adjustment to what I agreed to with Ariel without discussing it with me first.

This is a great company. We were extremely pleased with the Heavy-up electrical work that was done at our property. Ariel took the time to thoroughly explain the entire Heavy-up process. He was very patient and made sure that we fully understood everything. The price was excellent and his staff was very professional and hard working. This project was scheduled to take a few days and his team always cleaned up each day to ensure everything was always left nice and neat. Because his team did very good work we have used them for several additional electrical projects. It was hard to find qualified, reliable, and competitively priced contractors, so we are so grateful that we found Precise Building Service. We highly recommend them and know that if you use them you will not be disappointed.
