A wind storm had blown the weathervane off the cupola on our garage, leaving a hole that leads to water leaking into our garage after a rainstorm. We needed someone to assess the source of the leak and tell us if the roof needed to be replaced. We were concerned. The water damaging the garage stucco ceiling and coming down on our car and also the water getting into ceiling electrical outlets in garage ceiling and causing a fire. I left a voicemail for Portanova Roofing at 8 pm on a Sunday. Monday AM I spoke with Alex, who sent Mike out within an hour. Mike did a fantastic job, assessing the source of trouble, telling us we did not need a new roof at this time, and patching the hole in the cupola. He reassured us that there was no further water in the garage ceiling, hence no risk. He told us what to look for so we would know when it is time to replace the roof. If we had needed a new roof, we would have foregone other estimates and hired Portanova on the spot. I was blown away by the responsiveness of this company and of the thorough examination of the issue Mike did. When we do need a new roof, we will be hiring Portanova! It was so great to have such a positive experience.

Had our roof redone in March, some sheathing replacement needed as well. Did the job in a timely and professional manner and took care of the specific details for our case. Worked well with the other contractor we had come out. Excellent customer service, highly skilled and nice guys. I noticed two very minor things that came up on the exterior two months after the job was finished. They fixed them in a timely manner during Corona with the utmost courtesy and care. Highly recommend!
