I was initially in touch with Tim from Playground Professionals to install a used playset. We were ready to move forward but found there were too many pieces that needed to be replaced. I told Tim I was going to look into something new at that point and he followed up to recommend specific playset brands, models, and websites that he thought would fit our budget. This was very helpful! The playset we ordered is perfect and it was quickly delivered and installed. Tim provided excellent customer service, a reasonable price, and the installation team was friendly and professional. Assembled within 6 hours. One minor thing I noticed after that I wish they would have handled as part of the job is removal of the white product labels that are stapled to the end of each board on the playset and roof. They would have been easier to remove prior to install. I did really appreciate that all of the packaging was brought back up to our driveway and flattened / folded up for disposal.

I followed up with this company because of the favorable reviews. From the first contact by Tim, I knew this was the company I wanted to hire to install a playset for my grandchildren. The delivery date for the playset was somewhat indefinite and changed a couple times, but Tim was very cooperative and worked with me to set/reset the installation date. The installers (Danny and Jesse) arrived on time, were friendly, did an excellent set-up, and answered any questions I/we had. The finished playset is very sturdy and level. True to the name, they are the PROFESSIONALS for playgrounds. I highly recommend the company.
