Our expertience was absolutely outstanding. We are new to the area and had no idea who to call. Not only did Tim change plans when the set arrived early and installed it just before we hosted a three day weekend, they made layout adjustments that accommodated our yard perfectly. We love to set location, the assembly, the nice guys who built it. We are thankful for TimÂ’s counsel throughout our selection process. For those interested, we had a Cedar Summit (Costco) in PA that endured with no maintenance the three years we were there. It was sturdy after year three but showing wear and needed staining. We purchased a Gorilla (from Costco again) when moving to MI and the quality is noticeably better. It did cost twice as much. I would recommend both brands depending your budget.

Playground professionals contacted me promptly and took the time to asses my project. What could have costs me thousand of dollars ended up costing me $200. I was able to send them pictures of my playground and recommended I dispose of the playground. It so happened that it was infested with carpenter ants. I knew all along something wasn’t right about the playground which which why I was looking for someone to repair it. It would’ve been a waste of money and time. I love my backyard free of bugs. I love especially the great customer service and time especially for the small amount of money spent. Can’t find that kind of integrity easily. Thank you playground professionals

They were great! They squeezed me in before the holiday weekend so we could have the playset up for the kids! They were friendly, reasonably priced, fast and efficient! Very impressed! I highly recommend them!
