Extremely professional. The owner and crew were quick and thorough. The owner offered additional advise on maintenance so that our investment will last. They handled everything! Contacted the seller (bought through E-Bay) and set up the pick up and brought to our house and installed.

Dan was great. very curtious and knows what hes doing. the only complaint i would have is that the person who books the jobs didnt do a confirmation a day prior to the job being done like most companies do, and they did not call to let me know when they might show up (window of time). but when i texted them to confirm the person did respond quickly so that was a plus, and they showed up by 10:30 am....my daughter was playing on it same day. overall very satisfied.

Excellent work! My experience with Playground Professionals was great from the initial contact to the last words with the workers about how to handle any possible issues. The work to install my Gorilla Outing 3 swing set was completed in about 3 hours. I was highly impressed with the communication and the work ethic of the crew.

Great work the team was on time and very professional...I would say the best experience I’ve had with a contractor.In addition Tim really has a passion for they do and it was great talking with him side note he said somethings that’s really impacted my life very personable guy side note.Overall I would recommend them to anyone!

Great company! They came out within a week of contacting them to put together the playset/swingset we had purchased. Price was reasonable and they put it together very quickly and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Tim Render a couple of times on the phone regarding installation of an in-ground basketball hoop. He was very nice & answered all my questions. Even helped me narrow down my decision on the brand of hoop system. I did a lot of research & it was not easy finding a company to install in-ground systems. I was very nervous about this project but felt better after talking to Tim. Scheduling was easy through text & installation crew arrived in the agreed-upon time frame. Matt & Jeremy were very friendly & did a great job! I m very happy with the installation & think the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

The Playground Professionals were prompt, courteous and had our playscape installed within the time quoted. Additionally, one of the spring animals was broken unbeknownst to use when purchased. Tim's company went above and beyond in making the repair for us at a very fair price (mainly just for parts). We are extremely please with this company and hope to do business with them again on future projects.
