We highly recommend this family owned business. They are reputable, friendly, and professional. We have used them twice already, and both experiences were great. They respond very quickly, and right from the phone call they begin giving helpful advice on your project that puts your mind at ease. We are thankful to have found them.

Tommy was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to schedule the appointment the day after we first spoke, which was awesome! He diagnosed the problem and was able to help. His fee was very reasonable.

Pines Plumbing and Septic repaired my leaking shower. After failed attempts by previous plumbers they persisted until it was fixed. Also replaced my water heater, water main install and toilet repair. They arrive when they say they will and keep in communication throughout the repair process. They located a couple hard to find parts taking into consideration the cost of these parts. I finally found a reliable trustworthy plumber that I can call for any future needs. Thanks for a job well done.

Tommy and his brother did a great job installing a garbage disposal, a faucet, and new strainers in the kitchen sink. Very reasonable price for all they did.

Tommy and his brother arrived actually early -- first time for everything! They had the new garbage disposal installed and working in less than an hour. A little pricey for what was done, but I would use them again!

Routine job which took over 3 hours to complete and got charged extra. Some background : I hired this company to install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. An hour or so into the job they realized they are missing a key tool to remove the old faucet. They said they had to run to Home Depot to buy the tool and then come back. When they came back and finally finished the job, they added to my bill the actual time it took them to go to Home depot and come. And not only did they charge me for tool, but they kept it as well. Are you kidding me? In summary I was not very happy with their service and honestly, any plumbing company which doesn't have the right tools to their job should NOT pass on that cost to their customer!

The area under my sink has a lot or convoluted drainage and I was concerned that it was going to be difficult job.They were very friendly and professional and replace a faucet in less than an hour. The job was clean and well done at a reasonable price. These guys are my new plumbers. I can recommend them them without reservation.
