    Walter was very quick to replay with any questions. He was very knowledgeable about chimney repair and inspection. Had some issues with my chimney which he pointed out and documented. He also gave an estimate for the work. Highly likely will hire him again down the road!

    I hired Walter for 2 separate brick repointing projects that I wanted done a month apart due to wanting to spread the cost over two months. he went ahead and started both projects, but kept the original payment schedule for the second project. While he was working on those projects I went ahead and hired him to do additional work or replacing a concrete walkway. All the work was done very well and everything cleaned up afterwards.

    Project. Rework mason sills on two chimneys. Came out to give review and give estimate quickly. Arrived late for scheduled work several days and still did not have all supplies needed. He had to leave for supplies which delayed completion. Courteous and easy to talk to but seemed disorganized.

    Appreciate all clients - even those that are retired and shadow a contractor on the project. Craig choose to view the project(Chimney Repairs) from the back yard and frequently came on the roof to inspect the work. What was the project? Water was coming into the house from both chimneys during a rain storm. I assessed the associated problems causing the water damages and repaired the chimney. I rebuilt the chimney crowns/2, removed the old /dry caulk from the metal flashing and resealed the flashing with rubber cement. I wasn't on a time clock. I run 6-7 days a week projects - Craig's was largely 2 weekends of work(Saturdays/2 + one Sunday). No mention of a water leak anymore... Translation (Damages solved). We have had 3 days of rain/poor weather for the last 3 months. I overlap work and shift from job to job as time allows. I shifted from one job, left supplies with a co-worker, and made a supply pick up from a local hardware store - shot me now because apparently I am not perfect. But the water damages have not resurfaced with all the rain we have had since I finished the work 3 weeks ago. I think I did an awesome job. I didn't overcharges, work was completed against poor weather conditions, and the repairs were covered up /protected while I waited to return on a positive day.     Very fast response time. Returned call the next day and came that same afternoon to do the chimney inspection and cleaning. Prompt and professional. Other places I checked were scheduling 5 months out, and I really wanted it done before this years burning season. Cleaned up and very nice to work with. Would recommend.

    I hired Walter to tile a floor, the work is terrible, grout lines are uneven and the pattern is off, 5 tiles are loose, several tiles are higher than the others. Walter has been here all week doing the job, I told Walter that I was not happy with the floor and he said this is an excellent floor and I told him told him to pack up and leave and he did,
