Ken was very courteous and professional during all meetings and correspondence. He provided a detailed written outline of all materials and labor costs and samples photos of materials for us to select from. He displayed a true ownership of our project and timely follow through on commitments. We plan to continue to hire Phoenix Fine Homes for all of our future home improvement projects.

Phoenix was up for a challenge on this project. Robert R. and his wife wanted just a few cabinets in his kitchen replaced instead of replacing all the cabinets. The challenge came to match the existing cabinet color and style. The original cabinets were installed in 2004 so to match the cabinets in 2017 was questionable. Thru hard work our company was able to find the matching cabinets in the same color and wood material. They turned out beautiful. Phoenix also installed new granite countertops, a kitchen sink and faucet which really added a boost of new color and richness into the kitchen. It was a pleasure working with Robert R. and his wife and are happy that our company was able to give their kitchen a fresh, new look.

Phoenix totally renovated Kathryn's master bath by converting a tub/shower to a full shower all finished in Carerra Marble. A new vanity was installed with a matching Carerra Marble slab for the countertop. New fixtures, flooring, lighting and a framed mirror were installed. Her bath made a beautiful transformation from simple to amazing. It was a pleasure to work with Kathryn.

Really wanted this deck to match front stair case of home. Ken made sure that he matched the style and materials so that the overall house including the new deck look "pulled together". Ken and his crew met deadlines and answered questions. Really happy with the work and quality.
