He was excellent.

Eric contacted me almost immediately to inquire about my small drywall repair. He quoted what I felt was a fair price and promptly completed the job a week thereafter. My only disappointment was that Eric called the night before he would be able to do the job instead of scheduling a few days in advance. On the positive side, Eric bent over backwards to drop by to complete an estimate at a time that worked for me. Additionally, he left the work areas in a cleaner condition than he found them while the fit and finish of the drywall repairs was excellent. Overall, I felt that I received a quality service at a fair price. I would use Eric again.

Very responsive about getting me an estimate and started work the day after I gave the go-ahead. The quoted price was a little over half as much as the other quote that I got. The drywall finishing was pretty good and the drywall installation was very good. I'd use them again.

Excellent company and quality work. They provided the type of service I was looking for in my two previous contractors. In fact, I have used Phoenix to correct the mistakes of the first two.

The woodwork was not sanded and patched (just painted over); couple of cracks on the wall were just painted over even after request to return and fix it; we will have to spend another couple of month trying to get rid of all the paint spots from the hardwood floor and scraping paint from the windows and hardware. Joints with ceiling and trim do not look neat (and we used a very light shade colors), often appears as a wavy line. Light fixture and smoke detector were not put back. Did not work well arond our 9month old baby and our move in schedule. Overall lack of attention to detail and lack of respect for our time. Eric was courteous and seemed to be understanding. Most of our comments apply to his crew.
