Excellent. Built a new wood fence gate along with repairs, replaced my doorbell transformer & I've never had pressure washing done so well & thorough. Will definitely hire again.

I'm giving this business 5 stars across the board because even though there was a scheduling conflict, the owner was in constant contact with me, and he was able to reschedule for a date and time that worked for me. He suggested offering a discount because of the scheduling conflict however, it turned out that more work actually needed to be done than what was initially expected, and I don't envy anyone who works outside in the blistering Florida heat. I will definitely recommend this business for anyone looking for handyman services, and I will be using them again for my future home projects.

Pete showed up on time, gave me a good price for installing my fence and completed a quality job on time. after he completed the fence I asked him to do three or four other small jobs and he completed them within a few days. I've never dealt with a better contractor!

Delmar Conley stated he would be at the resident the very next day. The next morning I received a call from Delmar Conley stating he had reconsidered and was not going to do the job. After multiple texts he stated he would go by and see the job and give me a price on the job(a very simple job of just replacing a dishwasher and putting up 3 shelves). He never went before he performed the job and when the job was finished he charged me $350.00 (which was an outrageous price). I promptly paid him the way he requested, check by mail. He stated he would email me a receipt but what I received was not a receipt and with the wrong address on it. I not only called him and spoke to him but also emailed him concerning the unprofessional receipt with the wrong address but he never provided me with a proper receipt. I would never use this man again, nor would I recommend him to anyone. And by the way, he only replaced the dishwasher and put up 1 shelf. I checked the pricing of the job, and replacing a dishwasher with no complications should only run from $50.00 to $100.00 and installing 1 shelf should only run $25.00. So with that being said, Conley Delmar charged me double the price.

Delmar was quick to call back on a Saturday and followed up with multiple phone calls in order to schedule a convenient time to do the job. He did a great job installing two decorative shutters and made some recommendations on other work that needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone.
