Performance Roofing

Needed a new roof called them they came out and liked the the knowledge that they had given me about the roof great guys would highly recommend them again thanks again for the help

Need to have new flashing installed around the chimney and a few section of wood that was bad from the leaking flashing. Performance came out and gave me a price to do the job. After agreeing they showed up and replaced the flashing around the chimney. After inspecting I seen they did not replace the bad wood so they had to come back and re do the work. Less than 60 days later the shingles they replaced had came off after a wind storm. No other shingles came off except the ones they replaced. I called them back and they wanted another 300-400 bucks to put repair they work the did that did not withstand the weather. I ended climbing up on the roof myself and upon further inspection they never put any tar paper or any other type of barrier down between the plywood and shingles of the area they repaired. Avoid this hack roofer. They do not care about customer nor do they back up their work.

Call because are roof was leaking they came out showed us what they found fixed it very quickly and showed pics afterwards would recommend them any time to anyone

I had asphalt roof put on in 2020. Now I had attempted to sell my home and its is in complete disrepair. I have left one single message and I am awaiting a call back before following up with The BBB. If I could insert photos I would.

They arrived promptly, corrected the problem and inspected other areas of the roof to ensure they were sound.

Its been coming on 3 weeks and despite MULTIPLE outreach attempts, business still has yet to send me MY invoice and warranty for the work performed, so I have nothing to submit to my insurance to recoup the money spent and at this rate will likely have to eat the cost of the roof. More concerning is someone there to try to shut me up took someone elses invoice and just put my name and address on it, as if I wouldnt recognize the way wrong date of service, amount billed, and that the included picture is not of my property. That seems fraudulent to me and very concerning that they are sharing one clients details with another. Even their own address is different, though maybe the business moved (doubt it). Ive a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General - Bureau of Consumer Affairs to try to obtain MY paperwork. If you are looking for a good roofing company look elsewhere unless you want your private details sent to strangers and have nothing to give your home insurance.
