I was very pleased with this company showing up on time, for the care they showed in cleaning a sofa, two chairs, and two rugs. The furniture was cleaned thoroughly and looks great! Their customer service was also great! Iâ m recommending this company to others as well.

Called Dwayne, set up a time, they were here and got the job done. Did a great job. Actuallly came a few hours after calling them. Worked me in , all equipment on truck and ready to go. Give them a call, good guys and Lady. Will use them again.

I was looking fot someone to steam clean the cloth upholstery in my car. I found A PERFECT STEP CARPET CARE through Angi. Iâ m amazed at how promptly Dwayne Brady got in touch with me, set up a time to come give me an estimate and then completed the job for me. I only have good things to say about him. His price was very appropriate for the job and the quality of his work was perfect. I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to friends.

They are prompt and courteous. They provided day before texts to remind me of their arrival and called the morning of the service to let me know they were in the way. The cleaned 3 rooms, a hallway, and steps and did an excellent job. The price of their service was also very reasonable. I would hire them again.

Dwayne, the owner, was very punctual and even arrived an hour earlier than scheduled! I called yesterday and he could fit us in today and did an excellent job with carpet and area rugs. I will definitely hire Perfect Step again.

Cleaned my white sofa and chair. Got here right on time. Was very professional. When I pointed out an area of sofa that was missed he brought his equipment right back in and cleaned the missed spot. He said no problem and that he wanted a happy customer. I was going to pay with a credit card. He had an issue with his phone and I ended up just writing him a check which wasn't a problem for me at all. It may be an issue for another customer so he might want to get his phone set before the next customer. Again, it was no problem for me at all. His wife helped him with the cleaning and was very nice and professional. I would definitely hire him again in the future! Good job and customer service!
