From start to finish they were incredible! If I could give a "10" they would get it. I was always provided with updates and explanations thru the entire process. Job was even completed before my original expectation and I also had my filter sand changed in addition to a new vinyl liner installed. If I EVER need anything done on my pool, pump, filter I know who to call as well as who to recommend. Thanks so much for a job WELL done!

I had the best experience, Ronald was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, kept me informed with everything he was doing. He kept in contact with me even after the initial install to see how the progress was going. I would definitely recommend and hire again in the future!

Steve and Ronald Blaine Rollins replaced my pool liner after the liner was put in I had a leak they came back and said it was fixed. The pool was still leaking. Blaine said he stopped by and measured after he marked the level of the water and the pool was down 3/8â which was normal. 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch per day in evaporation is consistent for this time of year. I know that this is not normal because I have a screen over my pool. Now no one will come to repair the leak. I have had Steve replace liners in the past but dealing Blaine is not satisfactory and I would not recommend him to do any work
Response from Company:
Directly from Pinch A Penny?s website. No matter which season you are in, your pool can lose inches of water a week. Natural causes such as wind, heat and humidity can contribute to pool water loss. This is a big deal, because if your water level gets too low it may cause your pool pump to suck air and run dry, which can damage it. How Seasons Affect Your Pool Water Level In winter, your pool water is affected by the humidity in the air and the ambient temperature of the air. When humidity is low in the winter, the air and water try to balance out the differences. This means that even when the weather is cold, moisture is drawn out of you - Steven Fitzgerald

Steven is a genuine professional who is committed to customer satisfaction! The expertise and attention to detail when installing our new liner is second to none. When a part needed replacement, he took the time to call and ensured there were no added costs. Our pool looks better than it has in 10 years. For a new liner, Perfect Pool should be your first call.
