Perfect Heating & Air

I replaced two A/C Condensors after purchasing a home. A prior owner had removed them. The developer had set up the two A/C condensors to be in the back yard, which was not ideal. We moved the electrical equipment and to the side yard, and installed two new condensors there, which were quieter and narrower than the standard models. The project turned out just as I had expected, and the work was done right, and on time. Subsequent service has also been high quality.

Chris was so detailed oriented and professional. He did everything right and we got the HERS ratings passed with no problem.

It was the only company that recognized that the cold air return for the furnace was inadequate. They did the modifications, within the quote, and we now have a new furnace and one the has good air circulation.

Perfect Heating & Air did a great job in a very timely manner and the installing technician was neat and kept the job site very clean. The installed furnace (York) is a very fine product and does a great job. I would reccommend Perfect Heating and Air most highly.

This is one great team! Audra provides excellent customer service and sales; which is very important to me and the actual installation by Chris was a very smooth process. Good clean job. Work completed on time. The installer made sure I fully understood how the unit operates and made sure the unit function correctly. There was followup to make sure every thing was working to my satisfaction.

Even though the job took more than expected, I was not charged for the additional time or materials. Both the office staff and AC Tech were extremly nice and helped me with my decisions by informing me of all the neccessary information. They were also willing to work with the condensor I already have, while other companies wanted me to replace the condensor in order to install a new furnace. By going with this company, I save at least $1,000.
