My experience with Perfect Connection could not have been better. The central air in my mom's 40 yr old house would not turn on. The compressor was working and no breakers had tripped. But it was a 40 yr old system. Perfect Connection responded with a service rep right on time the first visit and correctly diagnosed the fan motor had finally given up. Despite the age of the unit, they gave me the choice of repairing the fan or replacing the whole setup. As the repair was far cheaper, I chose that and on their 2nd apptmt the new fan was put in, is working great, and the house is cool again. They were honest, professional and fairly priced.

He showed up to check the furnace, he informed us that we needed a new inducer fan. He went and got the fan charged $370 to re-install it. About an hour after he left we started experiencing the same problem. Contact John to schedule another appointment. He did not call or show up for the appointment. I had another wonderful company come out that was from service magic to take a look and was informed the work performed by perfect connection was incorrect

John Castro called me after I submitted the request. He was able to come out the same evening. When he got to my house, he went and took a look at my A/C Unit... He came back to my condo and told me that my compressor was shot and it needed to be replaced. I was in shock because the unit is only 2 years old. He left and was going to call me the next morning. I called the management company of my condo and they had somebody that have used come to take a look at my A/C and they fixed it at the same time, it only needed FreeOn. The repair cost $180, whereas John wanted to charge me $1,500 to replace my compressor.
