Perez Handyman Services

My wife and I hired Mr. Perez handyman Service to install some crown molding in our home. Initially, he seemed honest and completed a portion of the work to our satisfaction. We paid him for the job, expecting him to return the following week to finish. However, when we reached out, he claimed he was sick and promised to call us back. After waiting a week without hearing from him, we contacted him again, and this time he said he was in the hospital and would get in touch once he was out. Another week passed, and our concern grew. It became clear that Mr. Perez was avoiding completing the job. He finally instructed us to get an estimate for the remaining work, but when we did, he refused to refund the amount needed to finish the project. Despite doing quality work initially, his unreliability and excuses led us to believe he had no intention of finishing the job. The bottom line: Do not pay Mr. Perez until he has fully completed the work. We are now pursuing legal action against him and his company. To make matters worse, we discovered that the address listed for his company is fake. While he does good work, be cautious and aware of his business practices.

Courteous, prompt and efficient. We need more, quality, customer services oriented contractor like him. I will request him by name for all additional services. Easter Sharpe

Mr. Perez was honest and upfront about our project to repair water damage to both our front and back doors. He stuck to his initial cost estimate and throughly explained the issues and not only his plan to fix the problem, but also in what ways he could save us money. He went on to explain how doing the exact fixes would best help prevent the issue from occurring again. Both Mr. Perez and his coworker were extremely timely and professional while also being very friendly. I definitely donâ t plan to hire him again. He did a fantastic job repairing our doors.

Mr. Perez and his worker were on time, efficient, and friendly. They installed my dishwasher, hooked up the water line for my refrigerator. They went above and beyond by offering to do a quick repair on my screen door when they noticed it was sticking. Pricing was affordable and I would definitely use again for future projects.

Mr Perez, contacted me immediately w/estimate that was reasonable. We scheduled a time and he was here 10 minutes ahead. He produced his vaccines card and wore his mask. The job was installing a washer/dryer to existing pipes. Mr Perez, was polite, professional and worked with experienced knowledge. There was a part needed, he took a trip to Homedepot to get it. The job was completed and well done. I was pleased.
