Installed a vent for a heating system that interferes with excess to get to heating filters and other equipment in the crawlspace. I ask them to remove some dirt to get easier excess they did not.

Jake was the technician who serviced my AC. I thought I needed a whole new unit, but after spending some time working, Jake found the problem. He replaced the broken part and I had air that very day. He was very professional and courteous. Also, Lindsay, the woman in the office, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely use Penguin again!
