Pendleton Painting

We made the decision to terminate David Pendleton due to breech of contract, sloppy work, wouldn't cover our belongings and as a result we have paint on our washer/dryer, kitchen and bathroom floors. His contract/quote says he will "skim coat all or partial 6 rooms". He only skim coated 2 rooms and simply painted over our cracked, peeling walls. He continued to advise his employees to "just paint" when we didn't hire him to 'just paint'. Our windows were completely painted shut. He removed our curtains and placed them on the floor and walked on them as his drop cloths. Wow! Who does that? We had to use screwdrivers to open them. Do not recommend him at all.

David and his crew were professional, punctual and accommodated change requests with no problem. He is priced well and we felt he was knowledgeable. If he wasn’t the person for the job, he let us know he could put us in touch with another pro. We would definitely use him again. A
