I had a cracked Value cover on my natural gas generator - they quoted a cost of 425.00 because it is old and said the part of hard to find. They came out and replaced the part - asked for the broken part. He gave me the box - did research and even, I called Kohler - the part from other dealers were from 50.00 to 100.00 and not hard to find. Called Parrish to find out why the charged me 425.00 for a 30 min visit and part. Asked for a breakout of the cost of part and service - they would not give it to me. I asked to talk to a Manager - got told that they have a set price for jobs and would not adjust what I was charged - IF I had know the part was only this amount I would of called around to get another estimate. Beware and ask questions about the parts before you do agree for them to do the work. I am very upset that this job cost me over 425.00 just for the service and a part that was listed under 100.00 at other companies that service generators.

Would love to be able to give 0 stars. I started working with Parrish in regards to a hot water heater issue in which they came out three times, with a fairly good experience. No issues were ever resolved but they were professional enough. On 10/5 they came back to replace a part in the water heater and work on all the faucets in the house. Upon the technicians leaving, as one was being trained .... I noticed the hot water heater was not put back together .... There was a mess of water in two bathrooms which was not wiped up nor was I asked to clean it .... And the kitchen sink faucet no longer had the spray function working. They could not get the restrictor out of the fixture ... broke the faucet .... replaced the fixture and walked out. Clearly excellent training was being provided here. I called Parrish to inform them of the broken faucet and lack of professionalism on 5 separate occasions since the 5th. At first i was told that the technician would call me back and walk me through how to fix the sink faucet. The next day the receptionist who answered the phone said she would submit a request for a manager to call me, which could take up to three days. I waited another two days, called back to check on the status of the manager calling me, and was told my request was cancelled because there was a misunderstanding on how to move forward, where i advised again that the sink is still broken and needs to be fixed. Called back again and was told that Parrish would no longer speak to me, have a technician or a manager call me they would only talk to my landlord. My landlord has now been calling Parrish for over a week, and there is still no contact from anyone at Parrish to accept responsibility for leaving my home a mess, for breaking the kitchen sink faucet or to find a solution to fixing the faucet. No one has apologized, no manager contact, no technician contact. There is no management or anyone managing the people in this company. Bottom line .... For anyone looking for professional service or any level of decent customer service from Parrish.... You are looking in the wrong place. If you expect a company to take responsibility for their work and ensuring customers are happy .... you are looking in the wrong place. I would not recommend or use this company as they are unable to follow up on phone calls within a two week timeframe, nor do they understand their responsibilities when they arrive at customer homes or how to resolve issues left by their own technicians. Literally any other company in the area would do a better job than this. Go anywhere else for service.

My overall experience was excellent, but I would give much of the credit to the technician who performed the job. He showed high level of proficiency and patience on performing the inspection under the sun on hot day. I am thankful.

They are a flat rate company. This means that you will pay $592.00 if the work takes 2 hours or less for a plumbing repair. It does not matter if you purchase a $180 pump beforehand so that they just have to install it. When you call customer service to schedule, they will tell you about the $106.00 diagnostic charge, but not the flat rate. For plumbing repairs? Go to a different company.

The team as a whole was great. Open communication from start to finish, knowledge and experience is second none. Alan is a professional all the way through from video assistant to breaking down my plethora of questions. Will recommend to any first time home owners and looking forward to working with again, if and when that time comes again.
