So once the project actually started the work was great. There were some delays based on no contact from the company and I ended canceling my check because they had not done any work nor would they provide any timeframe on the project being started or completed. Once that was ironed out and the work was done, the job was magnificent. Workers were extremely respectful and it was obvious they took pride in their work. Once the job was done, they left their trailer at my residence because the truck broke down, the company left this on the worker and never offered a solution to assist him until I called a tow company to have the trailer removed. Read your contract thoroughly and especially the small print if you use them.

They did an exceptional job on our windows. They did not make a mess in our home and were very professional. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive company either. But they made us a good deal and everything was top notch from the first meeting till completing the job. Will definitely use them again.

Work crew started the day early and completed job in 1 day. Included clean-up. Extremely professional and the finished job looks great! Very happy with the work!

Replaced two casement and one fixed windows in the dining room. Work was completed by the date I requested. Quality of the materials is awesome. Installers were very friendly and respectful of my home. Only taking away 1 star (1/2 star really) because interior trim has gaps at miters, but nothing I cant fix.

The work crew was fantastic. Estimated two days to complete and finished in one; and that on a holiday.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! After looking through 3 window companies I ended up going with Paramount Builders. They came to my house and I made an appointment with them. What sold me was the quality of the window that they were selling. It was a triple pane, vinyl and the window itself had great reviews. I know windows arent cheap so I went with good ones. The problem wasnt the windows but the workers. I was told a 2 day install for 22 windows. IT TOOK 5 MONTHS for them to install them!!!! The workers must have all been subcontracted "handy men", not knowing a thing about windows. The first team came out, destroyed the interior of our house removing the windows. They left huge gaps in between the windows and would constantly no-call no-show. I requested a second team. This team were some trashy people that didnt even know how to caulk a line. I was absolutely mortified. They also didnt install the door wall right as we could see huge gaps of light from under and the sides of it. I called and I was angry at this company. They sent a team of guys to wrap the outside of the windows as well as a door guy to fix the door and a carpenter. The installed molding inside the the windows as it was easier for them to put molding over them than it was to re-caulk them. Well the wood was raw, not even primed. If Im paying $25k for 22 windows, Im not going to be painting those moldings. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Had trouble with the salesman after I signed the contract

slow communication after I hired them.I had to follow up several times,to make sure they were going to do the job.
