Painter1 of Dallas

I HIGHLY recommend Painter1 of Dallas! They absolutely go ABOVE AND BEYOND. They did a wonderful job painting my office walls, ceiling, interior doors and door jams. The color I chose was a very difficult color to paint and they did it with ease. The painting team was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have at my house. They took exellent care of my space with prep and clean up. Above all, their customer service is unmatched. Dave and Emma are a true pleasure to work with...their communication, scheduling and execution far exceeded my expectations of a painting company. They did a final walk through and even stopped by within a few days when I noticed a few areas that needed retouching. I truly cannot recommend Painter1 enough for anyone in the DFW area. This was a big project I hired them to get off of my plate and I am so glad that I did. I trust their work and they stand by it. Thank you so much for my beautiful new office, Painter1!!

Dave and his crew were amazing I was impressed with the speed, high quality workmanship. Dave and Arturo made sure that we were pleased with the outcome of our project. My den was covered in paneling, which I was very hesitant to get painted. Painting the paneling changed my den it is absolutely beautiful. If you want it done right, Painter1 is who you want. Looking forward to doing more painting projects with him and his team.

I would like to clarify. I no longer recommend any business. I have been burned in the past by recommending a business, only to have them do inadequate work. My experience could be classified as met expectations. I even asked for a bid for additional work.

The things I liked about Painter1 of Dallas: 1. Estimating: Dave with Painter1 really took the time to explain each step and to ask a lot of good questions. The other companies that came out to estimate the job were not as professional. 2. Cleanliness: The team cleaned up at the end of each day. Other contractors I have worked with have left a mess that they did not clean up until the end of the job 3. Project Manager: Dave did a good job walking the job and making sure the repair and painting was done correctly. He pointed out issues during our walkthrough that I didnâ t catch and made sure that the issues were touched up and addressed.
