I am a hard person to impress and I am skeptical of whoever I hire especially for services for my home. These people are true professionals. Richard and Phil were the service techs responsible for my water heater replacement. Our water heaters are located in the attic back behind ac duct work and a pvc drip line. They were able to master the maze of obstacles with precision! If you are a single mother, grandparent or just someone who is nervous about hiring the right people then you look no further! They did great work, were respectful and communicated well. They finished the job quickly and on time. They were more expensive than average according to HomeAdvisors. We needed the job done quickly and didn't have time to shop price. Afterwards, I called around and looks like I paid a $1,000 premium for Pailer/Platinum Service Group to do the work.

I own a 100+ year old house. She's a fine historical landmark, but she's had 100+ years of homeowners who predated any sort of plumbing or electrical code compliance. These guys had to do a lot of detective work to not only fix a broken faucet and water pipe, but follow water pipe that defied logic. A+ work and professionalism - I will be hiring them for a second story bathroom installation soon.
