I just recently had a leak in mu house here in Northridge. Isaac came over and quickly noticed it was a leak from the ridges.. he ended up replacing all my ridges and was the only one who did not tell me I needed an entirely new roof especially when my roof is only 10 years old. Very professional young man.

I highly recommend Shay and his team, and this is coming from someone who is very picky and have a hard time trusting people from the beginning. You hear so many bad and scary home projects gone bad that it made me very nervous to start my house project. This company and everyone I encountered were very professional, organized, and responsive to my home project. So the scoop is that we just bought the house and our roof leaked. We needed plumbing and new gas line too so I got quotes for everything while I was at it. We bought an old house. As you can tell, we had a lot going on and the leaking roof was unexpected and became our priority. I had a ton of contractors come and give us quotes for the leaking roof. We found Pacific West from those pamphlets books they give out with all types of remodeling companies. This made me not know what to expect. Honestly, I was expecting Shay to come and give us some grand sales pitch, because the other contractors that we called from the pamphlets did so. What made us pick Shay is that he is very clear throughout the entire process. He gave us a detailed list of what will be done and the price. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He didn't nickel and dime everything during the assessment process like some companies tried to do. We ended up having an unexpected big financial expense and couldn't do the plumbing and only did the roofing job. He did not pressure me. He didn't make me feel bad and guilty for this. He met me where my life was at. During the remodeling process, the roofer and the main roofer boss also answered all my questions and concerns. He was clear and helped problem solve with me to ensure my roof won't leak again. I was very happy that they were not acting like technician and doing what was told, but acted like professionals who know what they are doing, every step of the way. I hope to convey that there were multiple points of my experiences that could have made me worry more but their responsiveness and professionalism were top notch. Highly recommend. Remodeling is a scary process and I hope my review helped you.

I found the Pacific West Home Remodeling from the signage that they were doing in my friends neighborhood. I called them and Angela who answered my call was so friendly and schedule us with Shay. Shay is professional and gave us reasonable price and he helped us with all the plans and permit and did a great job from the start to finishing the job. I highly recommended this company.
